Here at Tailored Vehicle Solutions, we have become the go to people for Brake Caliper Refurbishment and Painting.

We have invested in specialist blasting cabinets using a variety of specialised media depending on the level of preparation required.

Unless specified by the customer, all our calipers will be removed from the vehicle by our trained technicians, stripped, blasted and re coated before being re-fitted to the vehicle and Quality Checked.

Some manufacturers use special fixings and one time use bolts which will be replaced as a matter of course.

Boasting over 200 sets of calipers refurbished and painted since we opened, we are pleased to say we have not had a come back yet.

We can paint calipers any colour including special effects and decals providing we have a sample to match to. Using our state of the art Spectrometer we can often achieve a 95% colour match.

Gold package £740 plus VAT: Calipers are removed from your vehicle, blasted in our cabinet so that they are stripped back to bare metal, primed and then painted in a colour of your choice. The calipers are then refitted and brake lines connected, road tested by our fully trained mechanic and quality checked before being handed back. We warranty this work for 3 years.
